Shipping Policy

1. All items are shipped via U.S. Postal service and take approximately 3-10 business days after orders are processed. Orders are processed within 48 hours of order placement. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent.

2. Jay Galore is not responsible for orders misplaced or damaged by U.S. Postal service. Your tracking number can be used to track your packages.

3. All items sold by Jay Galore are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4. Items ordered through Sezzle will not be shipped until the second payment.

Hair Policy

1. Jay Galore is not responsible for loss of hair or damaged hair. Please seek a professional stylist for proper application and use of hair extensions.

2. All sales are final. No exceptions unless discussed with customer service through email. Any internet bashing or defaming of our business name or owner, will resolve in a civil lawsuit. If you file a fraudulent claim with your financial institute in order to receive a refund, you will be sued.
